The Palms of Destin 1312 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom junior condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, a playground, a fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed, private access to the spacious balcony, and a private ensuite full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The guest bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Answer:

Reservations canceled prior to the final payment due date will result in a full refund, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. Reservations canceled after the final payment is made will result in a refund of 25% of the reservation total, excluding the cost of Travel Insurance. One change is permitted to be made to reservations prior to the final payment. All changes to reservations after the final payment are not permitted. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will result in no refunds.
