The Palms of Destin 1912 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo vacation rental located in central Destin, Florida. The Palms of Destin Resort is filled with amenities for those seeking an active beach vacation. The beach is only minutes away with our complimentary beach shuttle. The resort has multiple pools with waterfall features, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. The Palms of Destin is centrally located with easy access to attractions, area restaurants, shopping, and water sports.

This condo features a large master bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and attached bathroom.

Can you see ocean from.unit. do elevators get crowed. Also what is cancelation for refund policy

Answer:

This unit has a limited beach view. Elevators can be crowed during the time of stay like our busy season. 

Reservations canceled before the final payment due date will result in a full refund, less Travel Insurance costs (if purchased). Reservations canceled after the final payment due date will result in a refund of clean fee, Resort/Amenity Fees, and Damage Protection fee (if applicable). Further refunds may be available if the condo/home is re-rented. Refunds are based on the rates and number of nights, that condo/home is re-rented for. Changes to reservations must be requested prior to the final payment due date. Changes to reservations after the final payment due date are not permitted.
